Thanks for your interest in being a vendor at Hauntmare Expo. We are now in year 3 and there are a lot of new changes. Prices remain the same as last years event. We feel like the pricing overall is fair. The only changes as of this year is we request you bring your own tables and chairs. If you need tables and/or chairs there is an additional fee for those items. I agree with you if that seems "unfair" but unfortunately we also have to pay a rental charge per table and chair. Over the years this has cost us thousands of dollars. So as much as $25 to rent a table sucks it's a LOT heftier of a bill on us at the end of the day. We appreciate you understanding.

Preference always given to haunt and Halloween props and sets, select costuming, and events and attractions. Basically, if you're a spooky vendor that fits the vibe, you're are number one priority over someone selling Pokemon cards. We want to keep our event theme based. We are also accepting Christmas vendors. Hauntmare will soon be about Halloween & Christmas. 

We are reserving additional space on the showfloor of products especially for haunted attraction creators, home haunters, cosplayers and characters (ie, costumes and special effects makeup), etc.

If your space is interactive (such as a mini-escape game, VR experience, mini-haunt, etc.), please let us know and specify how! (they may qualify for a discount on space).

The current list rates for 2025 are as follows:

Main Building (Commerce building): 

• Exhibitor Booth (10'x10'): $300 

• Additional/Adjacent 10x10 Booth: $250 each space.

• Exhibitor Booth (5'x10'): $250

• Each Exhibitor Booth includes two complimentary vendor passes.Please supply your own table and chairs.

Nightmare Crypt (Ag building):

• Exhibitor Booth (10'x10'): $300

• Additional/Adjacent 10x10 Booth: $250 each space.

• Exhibitor Booth (5'x10'): $250

• Each Exhibitor Booth includes two complimentary vendor passes.Please supply your own table and chairs.

• NOTE: The Nightmare Crypt Building is where the Haunted House attractions are location. So the Whole building will have little to no lighting. This building provides a unique opportunity to showcase blacklight and/or glow-in-the-dark products. If you need lighting please bring your own low luminous lights. Bright lights are not prohibited.

Jigsaw's Game Room (Industrial Education Building): 

• This building is reserved for Celebrity Guests, Photo ops, and Sponsors only. There will not be vendor space available in this room. If you're interested in sponsorship please email admin@hauntmare.com

Additional cost considerations:

• Booth fees only cover space inside the convention center plus 2 vendor passes, as described above.

• Additional vendor passes will be made available prior to the event for approximately $25 each. These are weekend passes for working staff only.​​

• All vendors at Hauntmare Expo are responsible for carrying their own business insurance. If vendor does not currently have their own policy, a policy for $50 from ACT Insurance can be purchased. (Hauntmare Expo & Hauntmare, LLC are not responsible for lost, theft, or damages of vendors items or money).

• Table and/or chair rentals. if you need tables or chairs from us they will be available for a small rental fee which will be in the 'Add-ons' section of your checkout.

• Parking must be acquired and purchased by the vendor separately. On site parking at the Fresno Fairgrounds is approximately $10 per day.

Other notes:

• Vendor set-up will be on July 17th at 8 AM. Breakdown may begin at 5pm, July 19th. and must be completed by July 20th by 5:00 pm.

• Booths/tables must be in operation for all event hours - unattended spaces or spaces that breakdown early risk not being accepted as a vendor for future events.

• Booth/table sharing is not allowed.

If approved: 

• A follow up letter will be sent your way with a link to the exhibitor contract and a form to order your booth. An invoice for the space will be sent your way right after.  

• Be prepared to complete the contract and make payment immediately; your space is not confirmed until this info is received, and due to high demand your space may be forfeited at any time in order to fill the spot.

• We do not accept partial payments, deposits, etc. under any circumstances. Payment is considered due immediately; unpaid invoices may be deleted at any time without notice, and your approval will be cancelled.

Due to the large volume of inquiries, we do not respond the emails/messages asking for the status of your application.
Please review the above before applying. Applications with missing/incomplete info may be rejected without explanation or notification.
